The problem
A community is only as real as the first thirty seconds of its landing page. It had to read as a product rather than a template, and it had to handle real accounts and real content from day one.

Firebase carries auth and data so the whole thing stays serverless, and the interface layer is built as a small design system: one set of motion rules, one type scale, one spacing rhythm, reused everywhere instead of restyled per page.
A community platform with working account flows, a landing experience with its own character, and a structure that new sections drop straight into.
Proportions are how much of the build each piece carried.
